Opt-in only
Only message contacts who explicitly opted in. Never message opted-out or pending contacts.
Honor opt-outs
Support reply STOP to opt out. Suppress opted-out contacts from all future sends automatically.
Identify yourself
Include your sender identity so recipients know who is messaging them.
STOP / HELP
Support reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Include these instructions in your campaigns.
